Create YOUR Mech! {Overwatch}

[DISCLAIMER: In order for you to understand this post, watch the video. Audio required] After watching this video (mostly near the end) I realized how many cool combos of weapons and abilities there can be! So, make your own! Here's mine, I dub it H.W.I.V, or Heavy Weapons Infantry Vehicle. On to the mods! Fire mode: A concentrated, heavy fire LMG fusion canon. Alternate Fire mode: Launches a volley of fusion energy, doing an AOE damage. Ability 1: A slim fusion shielding that surrounds the users mech. Absorbs half the damage normally taken. Ability 2: A deployable grenade cluster that sends very small, overheating fusion generators everywhere, doing a medium sized AOE damage. Ultimate, "Gauss Canon": Release a devastating, very concentrated beam of fusion that makes targets take a DOT effect at the cost of speed. Hope you enjoyed!

  • Ordinance Redistribution Contraption (ORC) Weapons: primary fire shoots from an auto cannon at high velocity, doing high damage. Secondary fire shoots slower rounds that track. Ability one: fires a volley of missiles that can lock on to targets. Ability two: brings up a high velocity shoulder mounted tank gun that deals high damage. Ability three: create a short lived shield that redistributes damage taken as a wave with short range, Ultimate: transform into a taller death machine with buffed health and fires all weapons even a minigun.

      • Robustly Energized Nanotechnological Device (R.E.N.D. Unit) Weapon 1 - Broadsword - A heavy and extremely powerful sword that can be used to block all projectiles expect for Mei's freeze gun, Winston's tesla cannon and Zarya's particle weapon. Activate this ability by pressing the left trigger or L1. Weapon Two - Katana - A light and fragile sword that can easily slice through bone and flesh with great precision. This is used to attack enemies. Activated by right trigger or R1. Passive Ability - Infrared Sight - Shows all enemies, characters and their statistics in a range of 50 feet. Melee - Throw a Longsword at where the curser is trained, replicating an entirely new one using nanotechnology. Ability One - Separation - Using nanotechnology, separate the Rend Suit into many different sections and reform after 5 seconds. This ability renders the player unable to take or deal damage, and has a 10 second cooldown. Ability Two - Supercharge - Send incredible amounts of power pulsing into your weapons, making the Broadsword able of blocking all types of damage as well as returning it to the sender. The Katana swings two times faster and deals double damage. This ability has a cooldown of five seconds and lasts two. Ability Three - Hidden Knives - Dozens of knives form from nanotechnology and can be shot using the cursor. These knives to not do much additional damage but begin to sap into the health of enemies more and more depending on how many you shoot. This ability restricts use of the swords during it's duration, lasts for 5 seconds and with a recharge of 15 seconds. Ultimate Ability - Bladestorm - Dismantle your nano-suit and launch hundreds of blades of varying type from your mech at once. While this happens the user's blades are fired at enemies at once, locking on instantly. However, they are also frozen in place during this and the mech pilot is completely vulnerable.

        • Battle Ready Artillery Device (AKA B.R.A.D) Primary fire: Grenade Lob: Rotating grenade cannon. Charge up fire and explode on contact. Holds three and fires a burst. Secondary fire: Type cycle. Cycles between HE grenades, incendiary, and stun. HE: high damage, small AOE ante personnel and vehicle grenades Incendiary: Low damage, Medium DOT, large area of affect that creates fire in an area. Stun: Large area of affect, low damage grenades at stun opponents. Ability one: Have a blast! Dashes forward, dropping three grenades behind the mech (depends on what type is selected currently) Ability two: Double trouble. Fires and charges grenades twice as fast Ult: Make it rain! Mech locks itself in place, the large cannon on its back activating, and allowing it to be fired as a mortar. Once done, drops stun grenades around itself and speeds up for a bit to escape Pilot: Charles Abrams, professional gamer. Professional FPS player, was his teams explosives man and could land almost any shot. Was selected cause of good hand eye coordination, skill under pressure and knowledge of controlling the battlefield As a team B.R.A.D. and Charles are deadly, not even having to be in he air to control the battlefield through his use of his mortar and grenades

            Name: Elemental Tempest mechanical Fighter or ETF Primary: energy blades on each arm, medium, quick damage on enemy's that arc electricity to nearby enemy's Ability 1 / Tailwind: creates a tailwind behind the mech, speeding up it and allies behind it and slowing enemy's around it/run in the other direction Ability 2 / Cold Snap: charges, and rapidly drops the temperature of the air around the mech briefly to damage and greatly slow enemies, enemy's affected by the tailwind are stunned Ultimate / Ignition Pillar: charges, and rapidly raises the temperature to turn the mech into a large pillar of fire that has a suction effect on enemy's, if tailwind was active, it increase the suction. Deals moderate damage to enemy's around the mech and exstream damage to enemy's caught in the pillar, the mech suffers damage from this and is left weakend and vulnerable afterwords

                Tactical Sustain and Utility Apparatus (Codename: Paladin) Primary Fire: Fire an artillery shell. Alternate Fire: Use a shield to block attacks, charging your abilities. Ability 1: Release a biotic pulse that heals nearby allies. Ability 2: Release a magnetic pulse that disrupts the HUDs and certain abilities of nearby enemies, as well as disabling enemy shield regen. Ultimate: Drastically increase fire rate of artillery shells at the cost of damage. Artillery shells generate slightly weaker biotic or magnetic pulses on impact. Passive- Rally: While you are contesting an objective, nearby allies have their movement speed boosted by 1.5 m/s. (For reference, Genji's speed is 6 m/s.)

                • High Evisceration and Coordination, or HEC. Primary fire: concentrated fusion cannons. Alt fire: fusion blade slash whips. First ability: blade launch, launching two back mounted fusion blades forward, piercing multiple foes(can hit through walls) Second ability: active camouflage, self explanatory. Ultimate: blade furnace: the mech disassembles sending out 8 laser wires, it then spins, cutting anything in its radius.

                  • Inspired a bit by the "rifleman" hard suit from Blacklight Retribution, I present to you the Light Ordinance Delivery Scout, or L.O.D.S. Primary Weapon: A repeating fusion cannon designed to punch through armor at a decent pace. First ability: Overclocking of movement systems to increase speed and jump height, at the cost of a temporarily decrease in mobility afterwards to allow the systems to recover from the strain. Second ability: Diverts power away from other systems to develop an energy shell around the mech. Ultimate: Fires a small set of rocket tracers to used to mark areas for artillery.

                          Environmentally Adaptable Mecha Suit, or EAMS. Primary: A medium range charge-up railgun that overpenetrates enemies. Alternate Fire: A short-range flamethrower. Passive: "Magnetize"; The mecha is unaffected by anything that would forcefully move it or slow it down.(Lucio's blast, Mei's freeze gun thing, Zarya's ultimate, etc.) Ability 1: "Scorpion"; Launch a claw that grips onto enemies and pulls them to you. Ability 2: "Lava Hull"; Activates a short-range aura around the mecha that deals a very high amount of DoT to any enemy that touches it. Ultimate: "Disruptive Blast"; Instantly destroys any enemy ability within a medium-range circular radius (Reinhardt's shield, Symmetra's and Torbjorn's turrets, Mei's wall, etc.) [spoiler]If you can't tell, I'm tired of Mei's shit. She needs a hard counter, God damnit![/spoiler]
