Let me get this straight, you want THE STAG to have:
- Increased Super charge (as it already does).
- Increased ability damage output.
- Increased damage resistance from [i]all[/i] sources.
Do I have that right?
[spoiler]I really think you should re-evaluate this. It needs a buff, sure, but this would make it [b]horrifyingly[/b] OP.[/spoiler]

That's an [i]incredibly specific[/i] criteria to proc an exotic perk. I have this to suggest. You can write off as bollocks if you like, but hear me out. THE STAG is a [i]blatant[/i] rip-off of The Ram, right? Just give it the same Armour boost, on top of it's regular Super-charge increase.
