Hi, I recently have seen a lot of posts on people getting TTK CE items for free. I have done research, and contacted Xbox support about this issue. I started chatting with them at 3:27 AM EST, and the chat ended at 4:00 AM EST. I was the first one to report this to the team, and the support agent sent the details to the Xbox Product Development Team for investigation. It's not a guaranteed glitch/human error, but the support agent thinks it's a error within the Microsoft store. A similar thing happened with Fallout 4 being free on the Xbox store and once Xbox found out, they fixed the issue immediately and they took away the licenses from the accounts that didn't purchase the game. A quote from Xbox support: [quote]The only way to receive the license of the items or add-on is to get the item through legit means and that is to purchase the bundle containing it [/quote]. The agent also thinks that if it's an error, Microsoft will take the licenses away from the accounts that got the Add on for free. If an error, you will most likely not be able to equip them anymore once fixed. So I recommend not infusing any good class item into the exotic class items.
