But no one downloaded anything, so there are no licenses to revoke?

Edited by catrodsan: 7/23/2016 8:52:27 AMThe license is the only thing that can grant you these items. It's possible that they linked the collectors edition or the Collectors Edition add on to TTK license or something which prompted those items to be sent to the post.
