[b]As you all know, update 2.3.1 is getting launched soon. As the new community manager (and a Navy Seal with over 300 confirmed kills), I'm here to bring you the patch notes.[/b]
[i]Let's get into it, shall we?[/i]
-Shotguns will get a PvE nerf, because they kill people in PvP. Unchanged in PvP.
-Snipers won't change, because they are [i]definitely[/i] not a problem. At all. Nor are they overused. At all.
-Fusion Rifles will get nerfed, because nerf fusion rifles.
-Hand Cannons were hitting their targets too consistently. We buffed phantom bullets to fix the issue.
-Scout Rifles will remain unchanged.
-High Impact pulse rifles are doing too much damage, so they're getting a damage reduction. It now takes 4 bursts to kill a full health guardian.
-Auto Rifle bullets will be replaced with lettuce again, a lá 1.1.1.
-Sticky grenades will no longer damage targets if they don't stick. Just like Tripmines, we decided that grenades that can damage enemies with [i]or[/i] without sticking are OP.
-Lightning Grenades will now be able to stick to people, because -blam!- consistency.
-Shoulder Charge will get buffed.
-Force Barrier will get buffed.
-Ward of Dawn will get buffed.
-Fist of Panic will get buffed, and renamed to "Fist of Tactical Superiority" to appease the angry Titans.
-Hammer of Sol projectile speed has been reduced by 50%. We decided it was too easy to aim.
-Titans as a whole will get an armor buff, because they're clearly the "Tank Class."
-Titan Skating will get buffed, because they're clearly the "Agility Class."
-Titans will get a recovery buff, because they're clearly the most "combat-oriented" class.
-Hunters will get nerfed.
-Warlocks will get nerfed.
-Sunsingers will get nerfed (again).

[i]Edit 2: One of our sandbox directors has released new information regarding the Sunsinger nerfs. Here are the details:[/i]
[quote]- Solar grenades renamed to "Tickle Grenade: A non-dangerous fireball which generates fiery fingers to tickle your opponents." Opponents will see on-screen alert "YOU ARE BEING TICKLED!", similar to "last guardian standing" alert.
- Firebolts are still marginally effective. To remedy this, Firebolts are renamed "FireScold grenade: Flaming hands will reach out and slap your enemies on the wrist." That'll teach 'em.
- Song of Flame no longer reduces ally's cooldowns. Instead, encouraging messages will randomly show up on-screen for your allies: "You can do it!", GO TEAM! GO TEAM!", "Awesome job, guys!", etc.
- Fireborn's animation is extended & changed: self-res-ing will resemble clambering out of bed after a long night of irresponsible behavior.
- Flame Shield: Takes a full second to activite. Rather than grant an overshield, it now extends flaming hands which will chide enemes by wagging their fingers at them.[/quote]

Obviously false. True patch notes are as follows: - Nerfed Guardians. Sorry guys, the Darkness is gonna win regardless, so now all your guns and abilities do only 1 damage in PvE (and 0 damage in PvP because you shouldn't be fighting each other!) - Buffed the Minions of the Darkness. To stay in line with our previous topic, all enemies in PvE can now one-shot any Guardian (even if, say, you had Armor of Light, Blessing of Light, the Ram, Radiant Skin, and max armor.) - All ammo crates and bricks now require a 1000 Silver payment to pick them up. Tess needs to feed her family. Sorry. - To stay in line with our upcoming update to Legacy Consoles, we decided to turn off all Live Events for PS4 and XBox One also. But worry not! If you preorder Rise of Iron for the new NES Mini, you get TWO new bonuses: A Rusted Gjallarhorn (that can do TWO damage per shot) and one Silver. Our treat. See you in the Tower. Don't forget, shoulder charge duration have been increase from 10 sec to 20 sec.

Juggernaut is now indestructible and covers your whole body. Also stacks with shoulder charge.

-We noticed a problem with Solar Wind not being effective, so it now knocks targets into orbit on hit. All damage is reduced to 0% to compensate.

Must be 8x more range. If a storm caller with Claws on Ahamkara on can't double zap you at the beginning of the match while both teams are still in their spawns the skill is completely useless. I am .04% impressed with your oversight. -blam!-ING FIX IT! Test that shit on skyshock.
