Buff red death and hawkmoon
Return these weapons to back to year 1 performance.

i agree with reddeath needing some work but hawkmoon is broken as hell and does not need any buffs at all.. reddeath takes around 3 bursts to kill someone hawkmoon on average is a 2 shot kill...
