Not sure an 18+ game is suitable for an 8yr old.. but hey, that's just me.

The parents that caudle and hide kids from the real world need to be castrated like dogs

Her father said it was, so that's really all I care about. You people feed off negativity.
-
Just because her father said it's fine doesn't mean it's still ok. Seems i have more concern about her mental well being than you both do. sad really.

Edited by The BEATDWN: 7/9/2016 3:59:11 PMMind your own business jerk off. You don't know her or me. You don't know how smart she is. Clearly she's smarter then you because she can separate reality from fantasy. It's no worse then her watching LoTR.

Guess we better take away age restrictions from games then. Idiot. No wonder your country is going down the toilet. Embarrassing.
-
There's nothing more douchey then tell someone else how to raise their families. Age restrictions are guidelines to be broken at a parents discretion. You are getting a massive mute because every tiling you've said is garbage and so is whatever hole in the wall country you're from.
-
Breaking the age restriction is fine if it's a few years.. not 10! Don't blame me for being concerned about a child's well being.
-
But I was playing shooters at 4 or 5, or at least watching my dad play them. I played through the original Bioshock at age 9 or 10! It all depends on the kid, and the parents knowledge of their kid. You can't possibly know more than the family, so you can't say what's right or wrong for the kid.

some people obviously need telling.

I doubt this is one of them

I'm in no way saying him or his brother are bad people or parents. My only concern is that a child' brain isn't fully formed and is still developing at this age. seeing violence etc in a game that recommends it's players be 18+ can't be good for her cognitive development.
-
Possibly, but I've being playing M rated games since I was 6. Back then I didn't even care about all the blood,I just did whatever gave my lil self entertainment.

Edited by DirtyBlondeMedic: 7/9/2016 6:54:35 PMObviously she handles it well. She's having fun just like a normal player would.
-
The only issue for me is that her brain is still underdeveloped at that age. 18+ games are that for a reason.
