I think there should be 3 tiers for raid. Tier 1 has matchmaking but no raid drops and bosses have less health. Then people can run it and practice our teach other people. Tier 2 is the normal raid with normal drops, no matchmaking. Tier 3 will be hard mode and if you complete tier 3 and run a fireteam through tier 1 that has not completed a tier 2 raid you will have an increased drop rate the next time you complete a tier 3 raid. This will encourage top players to help those who can't find teams for whatever reason to learn the mechanics and give them a reward.
