I have extreme social anxiety, and I can raid. Just have some friends and realize you're hidden behind a mic.

If only trying to convince my friends/ family to buy destiny worked haha. Some people are just super sensitive and paranoid, though more support from other introverts always helps.

I understand it's tough, my first raid was no cakewalk. But it's like any challenge, once you beat it, it gives you inspiration to keep going
