This is just a thread of a few short speculations I have and questions I've asked myself while going through the cards. Try to answer them if you feel like it. *vex domain Maybe the vex have a type of "domain" (like halo's forerunners) where they pull out materials and energy. Their weapons are said to be "terminals" that can pull the materials from seemingly no where. Maybe it's coming from a kind of "domain" *why is Shaxx's favorite crucible map widow's court? Could it hold some personal value to him, does he just like the scenery, or maybe he just likes sniping? *do the nine keep Ahamkara as pets? The jovian guard gear mentions a "wish dragon" flying around Jupiter which is nine territory. Do the nine keep them as pets? A slave force? Maybe their own army? *alpha lupi Though alpha lupi is believed to be the traveler I think it's not. The way it speaks makes it sound like a kind of omnipotent omniscient being that's telling our story. I'm likely wrong but it's a thought to kick around. *can Mara sov see the future? She is said to be able to "lift the veil" which we know is what the FWC device does to looking into possible futures. If she can, this may be how she was able to survive Oryx. She knew that would be her end so she devised a plan to survive. *Will we discover more relics of the darkness the further put into our system we push? As we get closer to the edge we might start to see more remnants of the force that knocked out our golden age as it was the outer colonies took the first blow. *how can we tell when the map timekeeper starts ticking? Timekeeper is a giant broken clock that will only start ticking in the presence of the darkness itself. The only reason to assume it isn't already ticking is because they said [quote][b][u]if[/u][/b] this clock ever starts ticking, we're outta luck and outta time.[/quote] so how can we tell when it starts ticking? What do you do in the event it does start ticking? *Did the wolves attack the nine? *Is Uldren bringing the fallen houses together? *Does the queen have a sort of "throne world" on the other side of the veil?
