From here, the stars emblem
I have been linked for as long as i can remember and have yet to receive this emblem.

Hey, Bungie sometimes dispersed items. The from here to the stars emblem is one of these items. To qualify for such items there are ever changing requirements and these are totally unknown. Hope this clears everything up and good luck guardian

The exact requirements are unknown for his emblem. Some get it from an email, some never get it. Just luck.
