Joining Matches In Progress: SIMPLE SOLUTION
Tired of joining matches in progress?
Here is my simple solution;
If a player leaves a match [b][u]on purpose[/u][/b] before the match has ended they will only be put into a match in progress for their next game. (Perhaps the same one if they're habitual quitters)
This will balance the amount of matches in progress that players will be matched in to.(except the quitters will obviously be placed into more matches in progress) Also it will be a slight punishment for those who feel it's okay to constantly leave a game as soon as you start losing. Be a man(or woman) and stick it out and take the loss. You can't win them all.

They'd be the only ones the system rewards. How about if quitting mid-match brought you up a tier in the SBMM for ten minutes? Upvote if you get what I'm saying, comment if you need me to expound on it.
