Overall, I agree with the general concept; buff abilities to allow counters to already strong abilities. However, in the individual case of Shoulder Charge I disagree. There are already plenty of counters available for Shoulder Charge in the game. Hell, I'm mediocre on my good days in crucible and [i]I[/i] can usually kill most shoulder charging Titans. That being said, you've got a good idea here. I voted "Other" on your poll, but I think your idea would lead to a more fun game if implemented
