Mida, hung jury with the old god roll on it, and i've been getting slaughtered by the IB one that's dropping right now.

Mida is the best for pvp. Tunoela and dis 43 are the best for pve.

I dunno i have a badass Treads upon stars scout with crowd control reactive reload and perfect balance with both perks active i crit head shots for 6k in PvP i have not tried it in PvP
