335 ghost or artifact

How can one obtain a 335 ghost or artifact? I thought I would get one in Iron Banner but all I got was a 320 artifact for level 3. Any helpful advice is appreciated.

Run Kings Fall hard or do CoO tier 3... Sometimes tier 2 drops a higher lvl artifact
