I only ever experienced real lag once, in Prison of Elders my first time. Other than that, I've been fine.

I had an enemy not spawn and he was stuck inside the spawn door, me and my teammates waited forever for him to spawn and we had to leave cause it was glitched.

Nooooo all you have to do is run to the dour that he's in (your radar will light up) and pull out your ghost, it will open the dour.
