Obviously enough to have some forms of success with it. Even though he sure did miss a lot, even on targets standing still. But you can do that in trials with any character to some degree. I have never ever seen any Titan do that in an actual match. But just yesterday in trials people were double jump sniping over those rafters on the left side (C point) on blind watch. The simple fact that you can be dancing in the air and still headshot sniping, with very high success, is stupid. But that's gun mechanics. What's the difference if he shoulder charges through a shot or if he's another character, just continuing to sprint? None... The fact that you can run snipe is gun mechanics. Terrible ones. That's also not proof of anyone abusing anything. I want some hard factual data that strikers are abusing their shoulder charge.

The fact you can fire a weapon while shoulder charging totally negates what everyone did to blink you can't fire your gun after you blink for basically the entire time you're airborn. I see your point and respect your opinion but I'm going to have to disagree with you. I think my idea is the best option without having SC get completely destroyed.

You're just trying to have something done to Hunters done to Titans with no real legit reason. Look, blink isn't the same as shoulder charge. Shoulder charge requires you to run at an opponent. It's an attack skill. You can use it as an evade, but it doesn't get you out of a Truth rocket shot like blink. It's not like that at all. Your whole perception of what shoulder charge is, is wrong. It is meant to be a pseudo shotgun move. That IS what it is. You can't run up to someone 100 yards away with it though lol. Because one it'll wear off before you get there, and two, you'll get shot down before you even get close. Shoulder charge is a very fair ability. It's fair in the sense that you'll die more often than not doing it. That's why Strikers don't have, on average, good k/ds. They put a lot on the line to get a shoulder charge in.
