It's hard when they are Titan Skating at full speed or even worse, Shoulder Blinking... Also, I've had several Titans eat my shots (both LroF and HroF weapons) but kill me before my gun could finish the job. Admittedly this a bigger problem on smaller maps but when everyone is using shot guns on smaller maps with limited special, Titans have SC which doesn't use special ammo, and is harder to avoid on these smaller maps. I'm not asking for damage, speed, or cool down nerfs. I'm asking for -1 Armor. Just like the Warlocks and Hunters -1 Recovery on Blink. Would you rather my suggestion? Or see Titans get nerf destroyed again? Let's learn to negotiate and compromise? What do you want changed on Warlock on Hunters? Let's discuss. Let's negotiate. Let's stop the hateful never ending nerf cycle.

Unfortunately for you Titans won't get nerfed over this, I'm 110% sure if you saw the raw kill data for encounters involving shoulder charge, you would rather disappointed to find the numbers don't condone your change. Sorry, that's just how it is.
