Do your characters carry over to next gen?
Me, a last gen player, have been wanting to switch to PS4 soon, so will my dlc that I have bought (The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King) be carried over to PS4?

4 RepliesSince bungie favors new players, I'm pretty sure you can get a certain edition of the game that has all of the DLCs, and is still cheaper than the original game. Pretty sad.

As of now you have to buy the taken king for a second time, although HoW and TDB will carry over

2 RepliesI think so but sadly not the DLCs. So either way if your buying a next gen console, all the DLCs and a new Destiny game, you gonna have to pay, probably about $1000.

Its not cross platform. But is cross generation. Ps3/ps4 DLCs transfer.
