Real cartoons will take alot longer and require [b]alot[/b] of people. What I mean is a ton of voice actors(even though the simpsons pulled it off with just six), writers who have a good sense of humor, directers, artists etc. Plus tons of equipment and a studio if you're going for the proffensional point. Yeah I know South Park is made on computers. But unfortuanetly I have no idea what program they use. Also Teen Titans on Cartoon Network is completly digital.

Well, South Park does use computers (they used to use paper cut outs). It is actually quite similar to how flah animation works.Family Guy is hand drawn, most the in between work is probably done in Korea or some such. It is not a simple thing.
