Slow rate of fire, extra damage perk is the worst.
It is a waste. Time to kill, maybe by tomorrow morning. It is death to any auto rifle.

Truth. Got a badass Shadow, all the perks were beautiful......except I had to activate that trashy perk first. Instant dismantle.
