RIP BerserkerBarage
Today we have lost a long time community member. After battling an infection for about a week he awoke this morning with a heavy fever and shortness of breath. He was admitted this morning to the hospital. A short time later on he slipped away and they were unable to revive him.
Whether or not you hated him or loved him you at least knew where he stood on any topic you could find on these forums. Many of you will see that we have lost a long time community member. I myself have lost one of my closest friends. My thoughts go out to his wife and family.
I shall miss you my friend.

Wow I cant even really come up with anything fitting to say. I spilled virtual blood with him many times. He's one of the few people who I would have really liked to have a chance to meet in real life and it saddens me that I will not get the chance. I will miss him for sure. R.I.P. Berserker.

I never knew him much, but I've played a couple of Big Team Battle games with him every now and then. R.I.P BB, You'll be missed! And I will pray for his Wife and Kids and expecially, BerserkerBarage. :'( [Edited on 02.27.2010 1:37 PM PST]

BerserkerBarrage.. Oh my god. I remember seeing this extraordinary member when I first came here in 2007. I've always read his posts when I came by them, I've had only a few discussions with him, but he was truly an amazing member. Everything he did was just a step up from ordinary. He was the definition of a model member, an influence to us all. Whether he was in a heated argument, or just joking around, sitting behind that bar title, that famous avatar, and his simple signature, was an incredible person. He will not be forgotten. R.I.P BB

I can't believe it. The good people always die first. He was so young too. Got married within the past two years too. I'll be praying for his family.

I did not know him, but my deepest condolences go out to the family. I think that to honor him, we should all change our Halo 3 emblems to match his.

I remember playing with BB several times and he certainly seemed like a great person that fit well into the BTB group of people. What i'll remember most is how he kept calling me Australian :) I was and still am very shocked at this sudden news, my thoughts are with his family and many friends. Dammit... I never got the chance to meet him, but from his interview and all of these comments I can tell that he was awesome, and I would've loved him. I feel so sorry for his wife right now. I will pray for her. I know if I ever lost my wife, I would want to kill myself every day, but I have a daughter to take care of. I couldn't handle it. It would break me. Peace be with you in death, Berserker. You will be missed, but you will not end here. You have transcended all of us.
