How do people end up in these situations? Honestly? I've been on the forums for the better part of two years and involved in more than a dozen groups and NEVER have I been banned. I've trolled some people and been trolled in return, but never let any of it get the better of me.
What do you do that gets you banned? PM me if it can't be written here. I won't report anything, but I am damn curious.

I was banned for saying "You are garbage" to a troll who was peppering the DTC Podcast thread on FAMILY with cock sucking references. I know because I received a message showing me the "offensive content that was removed." CarnivalLaw here, BTW.

Perhaps a better way to respond would have been "you, sir, lack decorum." People who value public opinion of their character will seethe with anger at such statements that name calling simply can't render. You'd have won the day. Instead, you go banned. I can't Pm you because I'm pm banned, and I have no idea what I got pm banned for. Literally it happens for no reason. I'm pretty sure I stayed within the bounds of the CoC.

Secret sharing of info? Maybe back door Bungie hate? Lol who knows, but they have stated private groups and pm are not excluded from CoC. That said whatever group your with must be doing something.
