A new influx of g[b][u]u[/u][/b]ardians ha[b][u]s[/u][/b] just arrived at the tower and I've been requested to train th[b][u]e[/u][/b]m. So I need someone to keep my enthusiasm in the Crucible while I'm gone. Should be simple enough." "Okay. Piece of cake! Don't worry fuzzy shoulders, I got this." BraveCole smirked. A group of guardians spawned in from the sky, with a hunter in front. The hunter looked confused. "Hey.. where's the fla- OOF!" He yelped in pain, the flag landing square on his head. "Oops" they all heard BraveCole's voice, making them even more confused. "Sorry, sorry, I'm sorry. Ahem, okay. CONTROL!!" BraveCole shouted. The guardians all covered their ears as the Crucible announcer mic was a tad bit loud. "Crap. Here, let me turn it down.. okay, is this better?" The hunter with the flag sighed, and put a thumbs up. "You're good." "Alright, cool. Alpha team!" A few seconds later, the two Crucible teams were rushing toward the battlefield as BraveCole's voice was heard once more. "Secure the relics, and don't let [b][i] anyone [/i][/b] stand in your way!" The guardians all stopped and looked around. "Wait. Secure the relics? There's relics?" A striker Titan said. "I thought this was control. Since when does salvage have six man teams..?" Replied a Nightstalker. BraveCole stammered and re-read his paper. "Wait. This is for the [i]other[/i] Crucible Match. I have the wrong sheet.. where is the other one.." he looked around, until he found it under the desk. "Aha! Alright, got it. Ahem, Capture the points! Yeah, no relics guys! Just capture points!" The guardians rolled their eyes as they began capturing A. After they captured it, the flag rolled down. "Yeah, zone A captured! Nice job guys! Woo! Go team! Keep up the good work! Proud of you!" BraveCole shouted as the guardians sighed in annoyance. "Am I overdoing it?" BraveCole asked. "I think you're overdoing it." His ghost replied to him. "Oh. Right. Okay, gotcha." The match raged on, the two teams battling each other to the death. In one instance, 4 guardians from team Bravo tried to capture zone B, until they were all destroyed by a striker titan's fist of havoc. "YES! FOUR DOWN! YEAH, LET THEM KNOW WHO ZONE B BELONGS TO! THAT WAS AWESOME!" The Titan smiled. "Thanks, BraveCole." "Yeah, man! No problem! You showed those guys!" "I guess I did, didn-" [b][i][u]BLAM![/u][/i][/b] Before the Titan could even finish, he was shot point blank in the back by a shotgun. "Oh.. maybe I shouldn't talk to the competitors so much.." "Ya think?" Brave's ghost said. The match continued on, and Bravo team was getting destroyed. They held no points, and barely any kills. BraveCole's ghost spoke up. "Um.. they seem to be losing. Like, losing [i]really, really bad..[/i]" BraveCole scoffed. "Nah, they're fine. Wait, did that guy just get a triple kill with a [i]ward of dawn?[/i]? How the hell.." "Brave, you should do something." BraveCole looked around on the monitor until he found a big red button that was simply labeled as "[b]MERCY BUTTON[/b]." He pressed it, and the mic beckoned for him. "Hey, guys? Guys? That's enough, you can stop slaughtering each other. If you could please make your way to the exits.." But team alpha didn't listen. They continued to annihilate the other team as if it was second nature. Bravo didn't stand a chance. BraveCole then brought the mic a little closer and spoke once more, but this time with feeling. "[b]ENOUGH! I'M CALLING THIS ONE! TEAM ALPHA WINS! SO HELP ME TRAVELER, IF YOU FIRE ANOTHER BULLET, I'LL PUNCH YOU SO HARD, YOUR GHOST WON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PUT YOUR SORRY ASS BACK TOGETHER![/b]" His voice boomed throughout the Crucible, and when they heard it, they immediately dropped their guns. BraveCole smiled. "Thanks guys. Alright, now for you rewards.." ------------------------------------------------------------------- "Okay.. that guy gets a mote of light. That guy gets two. Give one of them a strange coin. One of them will receive nothing.." "But why?" BraveCole's ghost questioned. "Because -blam!- him, that's why." "Your logic is not flawed at all." She responded, sarcastically. BraveCole went over the monitors again, and saw a guardian at the bottom of the leaderboards with a -7 K.D. "Wow," He gasped. "That guy deserves a legendary."
