  • As I've said before, I love them old raids but it would not be as much fun anymore as we know the back to front now. I want a NEW challenge!

  • I know we disagree fubdamentally on this, and I respect your opinion. But the way I see it, those who are only interested in a new challenge have just that. I love new content too, but given that it takes time to make good pve content (and barely any time to up the level on current content), keeping old content relevant increases variety and everybody wins. I personally wouldn't run CE at level 42, but the option would be there for those that want it. And the old difficulty options would still be there. I understand the need to uncentivize new content, but if the content is good enough and the gear is worth switching to, that's incentive enough. I think kings fall is an amazing raid; I enjoy running it every week. But that doesn't mean everybody should be limited to one endgame raid when there are three that exist. Plus, some people just don't like king's fall. They should be able to run the content they prefer at a meaningful level with ample challenge, yielding relevant rewards. I know a good reason to fall back on is that MMOs do it. But there's not enough endgame content in destiny to warrant leaving behind content. In the case of destiny, keeping content relevant is only beneficial.
