I'm guessing they are planning this for the Fall of 2016 or even Winter of 2016 in hopes to hold us over until D2 drops next fall. No source, just a guess.

The April update won't hold too many people until fall or winter though. I think they should bring one of the year 1 raids into year 2 in the summer at least.
