The last word, gone
I had just done the strike where you fight the two brothers and had gotten an exotic engram from it, and when I decoded it said I had gotten the last word but my game immediately crashed and when I logged back in the last word wasn't in my inventory and neither was an exotic engram.

Also check the exotic weapon blueprints. I know that would be a waste of 150 marks for you, but it's better than a kick in the teeth.
