Gunrunner < Eric Wrona
...even in an environment tailored to Gunrunner.
/argument that mlg pros aren't the best at everything in halo.

Amazing. The mount of d-riding in this thread is absurd. Nevermind the fact that I still went +1, after not playing halo for 2 day's, and having two randoms who didn't even have mics. Typical MLG-fanboys, always have to ride the -blam!- out of Pros' jocks. Oh, and I'd love to see this so called " 50 - 27 " Game, to whomever apparently steaked me. Get off the D.
Posted by: SightIineS
Posted by: UGotMyNinjola Snipedowns rocking the T1 host though, his bullets destroy.
I'm sure Snipedown does not have a designated T1 in his dorm room at Kent St. He does not live at the Str8 house. I'm sure he has a good connection in his dorm (i do, when i have my xbox here) but its probably not warrior status. ...and about it being a close game, for some reason I thought it said 50-34 or something...reading fail, I still expected a little more out of the two of them, maybe combining for +5 or so instead of even.
True, I mixed him and Legit up, forgot Snipedown was at college.
Posted by: UGotMyNinjola OT: The pros are the best players out there period. I am surprised that game was such a landslide though, Godhand and GunRunner are two of the best "MM Heros" out there, I figured they could make a close game against Snip3down, Tokyo (an MLG warrior) and two randoms in a non mlg gametype.
50-43 is a pretty close game =/
Posted by: GRieVeR AX
Posted by: UGotMyNinjola
Anyone that good would be known though. I know who the top players are in most playlists, even excluding MLG, and there is no-one of that caliber around who is not on the circuit/about to break out. It's just the way it is.
It is impossible to know who the best of every playlist is, for you have never played everyone in the whole world. Just because they aren't on the circuit, doesn't mean they suck. I've known quite a few players who rocked, but didn't think that going "Pro" was worth it.
When you play and win a lot at 50 level you start to match up with the same people a lot. You know who is the best in the playlist. With all due respect I highly doubt you know anyone who was anywhere near good enough to get pro status at an event.

Being pro doesn't make you god, and statistically you're still replaceable. Where do you think the Pros come from?
There's so many things wrong in this post, I don't even know where to start.
Posted by: V3Rsi You can't say he would have gone to MLG with certainty, he may have a personality that finds the lack of equipment and variety in weapons boring, or that he finds the increased speed with no extra traction too slidey,
Anyone that good would be known though. Point 2, I apologise, you lost some of the meaning of your sentences when you shortened them, I guessed an interpretation and from your reaction I assume I guessed incorrectly.

Parabols is amazing. But the reason his best team would get dominated by, say Triggers Down, is because the latter possess more teamwork/chemistry with each other.
