I've had a total of 5 Titans & 2 Warlocks literally stand still on top of my Tripmines (point blank) and take NO DAMAGE. I've had at least 4-5 take some, but just not enough to kill them. This only started after the update. I even hit 3 Titans (& 1 Warlock, all this happened yesterday) in the face, Point Blank Face Range {also known as PBFR,patent pending...} with my Plan C, and not even have their shields drop. Other people got dirtnaps, these seemed isolated. Arrgh...
