It's all about the NERFS. The crucibabies cry when they get killed by something. Get enough of them together crying nerf and it happens. Just like the nerf guns we are playing the same strikes with. It sux.

There was a huge imbalance in the crucible, something needed to be done. It's much better now. Maybe not necessarily nerfs, but something had to be done. They just need to make PvE stats and PvP stats completely different. We don't care for PvP and PvE to "feel consistent" so I don't get why they translate PvP nerfs to PvE

Edited by REVIVE PHARMER: 4/26/2016 2:05:47 PMThe devs are convinced that a significant number of players jump back and forth between PvP and PVE. That's why they insist on the stats being the same across the board. Wether they are aware or not, it's killing their game. My entire friends list has moved on to different games. The new weapons are in no way unique. Not only are they all reskinned versions of PoE weapons, they aren't unique in any way. They perform exactly the same as all of the other weapons in their respective archetype. Why grind? "Check out dis new gun I got bruh. It looks jus like dat old PoE gun I usta have back in da day. It's so sweet. It shoots jus like da hacksaw too!!" All of the guns are the same now. In PvP and PVE. It's stupid.

Tfoh. The original PoE guns were trash, not viable for shit. (Except the exotics) Now they are amazing in PvE and PvP. Of course they're reskinned...... All of the guns in the game are!!!

Lol. I'm not sure what game u are playing but it's not Destiny. I have 4 of the new/old weapons and they are all crap (in PVE ). The pulse rifle holds 25 rounds. It may shoot like ba Lazer but I could do more damage to Shielded yellow bars with a wet noodle. By the time you bring it's shield down you are reloading. Dregs promise is completely worthless. Lord of Wolves is OK as long as you are standing on top of your enemy. The only remotely decent weapon I have from the update is Shadow Price and you know what? Suros Regime, DoP, and Arminius D are better. I wanted this update to be good. It's not. It's my fault tho. I continue playing hoping to get back a piece of the game I used to play. The game with unique and OP weapons that would crush enemies. That game is gone.

Yeah there isn't much variety. Their creativity team needs to be fired. I think they have mostly just given up on Destiny and have moved to Destiny 2.

Edited by REVIVE PHARMER: 4/26/2016 2:18:19 PMNo. All of the NERFS have made everything weak and everything is the same now. The supers, weapons and armor all perform the same now. It's boring. Ppl used to grind Crota and VoG for awesome weapons that were more powerful. Now those weapons don't exist. Destiny is dying a slow, agonizing death.

I guess to some degree. There have always been overpowered things though. As far as exotics go I believe every exotic should be overpowered in one way or another. They are exotic for goodness sakes, make them special.

I am sure it is because the programmer want the code to be the same for both environments. It is just easier to maintain. What that could do is introduce a multiplier for PVE that would allow the codes to be the same but with a little bonus for the PVE situation. Maybe the same could be done for supers.

That's a fantastic idea. It's funny, I continuously find myself on the forums thinking "Bungie should hire this person".
