It still drags superbly. Quick scoping in CQ environments is stupid anyways. You should be lining up long range, unsuspecting shots as usual and drag scoping anything closer, and only if your sniper is still out and you feel you can't swap weapons quick enough. Sniper rifles are meant for sniping, believe it or not.
