Bakis, the Triggerhappy Bakis is a Vandal that likes to shoot. He'll shoot anything, and he sometimes accidentally fires at Fallen brethren. The Kell of Winter has deemed Bakis a far too valuable Marksman and foot soldier, which is why Bakis has not been docked or executed.
