Well, if you're looking for a quest, you'll never get anywhere. It's not a quest. (On the 7th of each month.) You missed the April 7th opportunity by a few days. Check back on May 7th.

Hi, After you have found all 4 Dvalin Relics, the next step in the Quest is waiting for the 7th of any month, for on the 7th, there will be a new mission that appears on the Cosmodrome Destination Directory page. This mission is called "The First Firewall" and like I said above, is only available on the 7th of any month after collecting the 4 Dvalin Relics. I recommend you mark your calendar for the 7th of May next month! Hope this helps!
