For example: 2.5% nerf to high ROF autos. That is a huge nerf! That's the SAME number that you guys did to autos in 1.1.1. And that's when everyone abandoned autos for hand cannons. Now you're doing that to an archetype. I'm proposing bumping the damage in PvE to offset the nerf. You could nerf the PvE damage of the low ROF autos to offset the buff too. I don't care. I'm not happy about the special and heavy ammo economy changes because now we're going to be relying even more heavily on ammo drops which is controlled by RNG... but that's fine. It'll be nice to have to scrounge for more ammo during boss fights instead of just having a straight burn method. Will change the raid boss fights for sure.

You and everyone who agrees with you sound like little bitches. It's Pv -blam!-ing E. Get -blam!-ing good. You are shooting -blam!-ing aliens... Literally everyone is still able to beat all the PvE content without any issue. Complaining just to complain is pathetic.
-
People have been saying this for a long time, and it would be great. But I think we all know it won't happen, as much as many of us would like it to.
-
You should be more worried about the revive.
-
Nope, if the non-stop bitchy PvP only players don't get what they want, then everybody gets shit
like for real tho, it felt like a sharp jab to stomach reading all the new nerfs that are onset from from those whiney -blam!-s
-
About the heavy ammo drops, your point about burning through bosses would be great if we didn't have a time limit for killing them with out making them enrage, or in the case of the priest once the tablets are gone you get only one more chance at killing him. That's why everybody relies on heavy and special weapons.
-
Agreed. I don't like PVP meta ruining my sandbox.
-
Quillus ammo capacity with boots was 155, now 109. IB machine gun capacity with boots is now 89! What the hell!!! I'm not going to dump on PvP whiners, either. I blame Bungie's unwillingness to separate PvP changes fm PvE.
-
It's funny how it's the PVErs are now the "whiners" The dmg nerfs don't make a difference in easy mode pve
-
Bump! They should bring ALL weapons in PVE back to their original stats with all of their original perks. Make the adjustments all they want in PvP. I have no problem with that but they are two different games all together.
-
They won't. Watch the last stream. It was clearly said by the guy with the tattoos; they want the abilities/weapons to feel the same across both modes. He even gave an example; if you throw a grenade you will then know exactly the size of the radius/explosion etc.

Edited by blakedufour: 4/14/2016 1:33:59 AMDefinately. Separate PvE and PvP stats and put everything in PvE back to the stats they started at in beta. PvE used to be fun. Now it takes me 2 clips with my machine gun or 2 truth rockets to down a captain in the hard raid. That's unnecessary and annoying. Every enemy is a bullet sponge now
-
nerfed ammo reserves for sniper and shotgun will be the worst I think. Even with inreased ammo drops, sniper reserves of about 7-8 shots for some models is going to be devastating to pve game

Destiny players have been asking for this for years.

Too late.

Edited by HyperVigiIant: 4/12/2016 5:19:36 PMBungie are too lazy to do this, but bump!
-
Holy cow 21 bumps! ^_^ Go go go..
-
Bump. But that would take work and more coding. Bungie won't do it.
-
Jesus himself would give this post an Epic Taco Bump. Bump. Like. Lets get this trending.

Edited by iDovahBear: 4/11/2016 9:34:34 PMI like how, before the 0.04% buff, they were garbage and completely ignored. But now, Jon Wiseassnewguy thinks bumping it down over 1000% of the actual buff was necessary; all that alongside this alleged accuracy/stability balance? Just seems like they're tired of getting flinched every .2 seconds and watching their health drop so smoothly. Was the gun's time-to-kill even in that bad of a spot, or was it seriously just to force a swap?

Bump.

Agree...and your suggestion is even more valid because of your Crucible KD. Very nice.
