Not bad. But a few things. Upgrade that PSU. Its pretty basic and is probably not the best choice for a 980 build.
Secondly Im not sure how far ddr4 memory is gonna take you, or if anything really utilizes it yet, but if you can go for more memory with ddr3 for cheaper Id go with that.
And if you can go for an i7. The i5 is no slouch but if you have the opportunity to get one I say go for it.
