Nah it's way to open it would end up people using the same spot each game making it easier for the searcher.

The searcher would be randomly selected each round, meaning that one person goes and finds the hiders, and afterwards people get the rewards, matchmaking takes place if necessary, and a new seeker is selected.

Thats still the same if the team uses a place way to often or knows a person uses it than it would suck to go to the same places for all I know it are 5 rounds and the players want to be found so the game end faster.
