My rare chest plate has a higher defence stat than my exotic?
How is my rare chestplate got a higher stat of defence than my exotic chestplate? It also gives a higher light stat than my exotic, can someone explain please?!

6 RepliesYep, has to be a yr1 exotic. Yr2's start at 280.

5 RepliesIt might be a year one chest piece in which case it would only be around 170. Yr 2 anything will usually be higher light than that by default . Just the way it is

9 RepliesMost exotics have set drop values at 290 and 310 except when u get them from nightfalls, osiris bounties and I think the penis wall chest in the raid. While some blue ones can drop up to 300 from engrams and even 310 blue artifacts drop from iron banner.
