Warlocks...

[b]WARNING[/b] ⚠ - [b]THIS MAY BE A RANT![/b] [b]WARLOCKS NEED A NERF.[/b] ------------------------------ So, I'm pretty sure everyone BUT Warlock players will agree that Warlocks are OP. To top it off, some Warlocks even have the audacity to TBag you after they shotgun, melee, super or grenade you to death. I'm not going to even start on triple Sunsingers on Trials. The Voidwalker subclass in my opinion should stay the same. However, Stormcaller and Sunsinger need multiple changes. ------------------------------- [u]Sunsinger:[/u] Reduce the duration of burn on the grenades and melees, Reduce the lunge of the melee, Firebolts in general. ------------------------------- [u]Stormcaller:[/u] Reduce the duration of Stormcaller, Reduce the lunge of melee, They have TWO additional sub-class features from different sub-classes - Striker (Titan) which they get from Landfall, and Blink (Voidwalker and Hunter) which they get from Ionic Blink. ------------------------------ [b]Now, you may not agree with some of the changes I think should be implemented into the game, but remember one thing: WARLOCKS ARE OP [/b] EDIT: Why are people so butthurt about my opinion?

  • Landfall should not pop a defender bubble. Other than that I'm cool with the storm caller. The warlock melee has way too much aim assist on it meaning that you can melee and your attack will just swing to the nearest target. This is already a problem because of the warlocks insane range. Sunsinger is the best class for 3v3 right now. Undisputed. Every high skill player uses it because it's neutral game is absolutely ridiculous. They come with a grenade that takes you out of the fight for 12 seconds and leaves you one shot to any weapon in the game besides low impact auto rifles. They get a melee that grants and free damage reducing shield on a HIT ( a f***ing hit for gods sake. On the class with the longest melee range in the game?!? If that's the case then a defender Titan should get his overshield on a hit because that melee is way harder to land) and applies burn damage that is capable of burning out guardians with low armor ( remember when sunbreaker melees could do that and everyone screamed OP). I will grant you that the class has to be specked properly in order for the grenades and melee to burn that long but be honest is there actually anything better to speck for? You could take two grenades or a perk that makes radiance last longer ( neither are more appealing than 12 seconds of burn damage or a shielding melee on hit). We should actually blame bungie for making that specific build way too powerful for any other build to be optimal. But it's time to bring warlocks back down to size (just like my beautiful sunbreaker). Here's something I just posted responding to a comment saying warlocks are balanced. After this see if they are. Another Titan brought to my attention that a max armor warlock with radiant skin can survive a golden gun shot. Remember when a sunbreaker could do that and everyone cried OP? I can't wait for sunsinger to be punched in the gut and made useless and I can't wait for the snipers to be nerfed out of existence as well. I just want my sunbreaker hit detection to be fixed too and it will be the best sandbox unpdate ever. (Destiny April update: the day everyone lost their crutch)
