Cozmo, please respond to the community on no matchmaking for 42 PoE.
Why exactly is there no matchmaking for the lvl 42 PoE Challenge Mode? Please give the community an actual reason. I saw nothing that required an extreme amount of teamwork and communication like the raids. This was probably the easiest thing that could have had optional matchmaking added to it ever. All that needed to be done was add a separate version of the challenge PoE that has matchmaking. Then people who want to play with friends or use LFG can use the standard version. This was a huge mistake. Seriously, answer this question as well please, who is making these horrible decisions?

Because players have griefed and not pulled their own weight while others are expected to coordinate what they need to do in order to get a quality match. If you need proof of that, go do a lfg raid on HM with a bunch of first timers or people who are simply their for the rewards, but don't put up the damage numbers needed...
