Did Not Pay = Free.
It is your fault if you bought a useless emote. But even doing that doesn't mean you have paid for this content. It means you paid for a useless emote.
Glad I could clear that up.
Who here had an April 12th update included with their 2015 TTK purchase? Yeah, me neither.
