It's available for all y1 guns still.
I rerolled a Her Benevolence and got some good rolls.
They just need to bring it forward to y2 gear.
And Etheric Light. Infusion is lame.

Lol - bump. I went back to do prison of elders a few weeks back just to reforge the same weapon. I wanted a dream waker also but couldn't get it.
