Bring reforming back but with a higher cost to do it. Don't make it as easy to keep rerolling 50+ times until you get the perfect weapon roll.

It needs some form of revival. Double rng is fcking bad. It's ruining iron banner and crucible drops are rare. Crucible drops with the right perks are non existent. Then onto armour. Getting it with the right perks and then stats is impossible. Sad because the raid specific and strike specific stuff is so good looking. Most is just a vault filler however......
