It's new weapons, lvl cap increase, new armor, and pve quests. It's basically a free expansion to stop the bleeding. It may be quite solid because the taken armor looks sweet.

and the theory that im hopeful for, updated weapons. *updated weapons = year one gear coming to year 2 *prison of elders coming to year 2 = possible year 2 etheric light *possible year 2 etheric light can possibly upgrade year one legendary gear to year 2 stats all I want to do is to kill enemies with my ice breaker and queens guard helm.
