Whats the fastest charging Legendary Fusion Rifle?

Alright, I know that this post is about a year old, but for year two it seems that by going for legendary, Split Shifter Pro seems to have the highest charge rate (least charge time) of 34. With accelerated coils, this weapon is deadly in Crucible. Just saying :p
