Gunsmith Questions: Ranks, Perks, etc.
OK, I'm just coming back after a bunch of months. And have a package queue'ed up at the Gunsmith.
Unfortunately I've forgotten a bunch of Gunsmith things. So... sorry to ask such newbie questions. I'll close this as soon as I get some answers below.

A) Does "rank" affect how many "perk combinations" you're offered for a gun?[/b]
Like Rank 3 gives 3 perk options, Rank 4 gives 4, etc.
[b]B) If "A" is true, then can I rank up on Gunsmith day after the package is waiting for me? [/b]
And then return an hour or so later with an extra perk-option?
[b]C) If I don't like the Perk Options, can I wait until next week?[/b]
Like avoid picking then gun, wait until next week, and see if there is a new perk rotation?
[b]D) Just to confirm -- if "C" is true -- that I can still do it even if he's NOT selling that specific gun again next week?[/b]
