Fusion Rifles
I can honestly say that I have never used a fusion rifle in pvp... until I used the Omolon test one this week, man oh man did I have a good time. What are some of the "competitive" fusion rifles out there?

Get a thesan fr4 from gunsmith when he has it. Get a braced frame roll. Virtually same thing as the test one, but even better.

The Fusion Rifle on my Hunter works wonders. A little tip on using Fusions and looking for a good roll is that you should try find one with either Range Finder or Hidden Hand. The reason for this is because they BOTH increase Range AND Aim Assist because these stats are linked but I have figured out after a bit of testing that the Range stat also makes the Projectile Speed of Fusion Rifles faster if it is higher or slower if it is lower. The charge rate/impact will also effect the Projectile Speed. Faster Charging Fusions have a much slower Projectile Speed than a Slow Charging Fusion. This Fusion Rifle I have has been great, it also helps to have a stability increasing perk, preferably in the middle column, mine decreases the Magazine size but a Fusion Rifle is like a Shotgun, it will 1 shot if you land the required amount of projectiles therefore a large magazine isn't really needed. Try farm the DarkBlade when it's nightfall to get a good roll on the Fusion Rifle. Try get the Trials Fusion. Try get a good roll on the Iron Banner Fusion. Try rank up Dead Orbit or FWC (they got two different Fusions, a good one and a bad) to get a good roll on their Fusions. Or just wait for the Thesan (Omolon Fusion) on armsday. Those are really the only decent archetype Fusions and how to get them. Join the Fusion Rifle Enthusiast Club today! (Name pending, clan hasn't been created yet, will get to it sometime soon)

Darkblade's spite; many don't know about this one, it was a surprise for me when it dropped in Alachul mission, but its a beast, it has a range like telesto and is so powerful that it pulverise a captain in one shot. Check on my hunter

Thesan FR4 from the gunsmith it's the best legendary out there. Otherwise plan c!

2 RepliesOne of the best EVER is the LIGHT/BEWARE. It's truly amazing, I am a bit of a fusion rifle connoisseur. Been using them since the first generation Dammerung. Pocket Infinity was awesome too but not anymore more considering it's an special ammo whore.

(Fwc's the vacancy is like it) Thesan is the popular one. The crucibles panta rhei is a good one too. The iron banners ashravens flight has the most range. Like...a lot more. Lol fusions have always been and always will be my go-to secondary. Light em up guardian!

They are all competitive with the right roll. I'm wrecking with split shifter pro right now. Fusions are not popular BC there is not much room for error. Either you kill them immediately or they kill you, usually.

Plan C is a Fusioneer's dream. Get it immediately. Oh, wait, you don't want to waste an Exotic slot on a Fusion Rifle, I hear? My friend, you and I have very different definitions of "waste".
