Stick with Hung Jury. I've done a lot of testing. The fact is, so many players play 'peekaboo' with their snipers and MIDA, you need to be able to lay the most damage you can when they're exposed.
If you are compelled to stay with an AR, Zhalo Supercell. The lightning rounds have a slight disorienting effect and has a quicker time to kill.
On Zhalo, go Smart Drift Control and Rifled Barrel. You will be pleased.
