I notice there is the happy horn in a kiosk, they probably just need to update...fukme...
To get them to show up....

Edited by JovialJem: 3/11/2016 2:23:03 AMYeah, I noticed that too. If Bungie or Sony can't give a refund or replace the items, Bungie should have to put the other Horns in the Kiosk. They should have at the start of SRL, but any bought from the Kiosk would've had to not give a Horn Relay. Must have just been too difficult to change that, so maybe they'll do it at one of the next updates...
