Effects to amplify the look

Thanks man you're editing looks awesome! I've been trying to to find a good tutorial on how to do these you wouldn't happen to know of any or be able to do a tutorial video on this? I use sony vegas for my clips but circumstances haven't allowed me to get after affects as well, ideally i would use twixtor as well haha
