I think you can still get NIFTY_BISCUIT from the Prison of Elders endgame rewards screen. That's where you can get a ton of Year 1 weapons and armor.

I do use it though because off and on. Heck, back in TDB it oneshot another player. If I still have the clip, I'll be more than happy to post it. Still remember it like it was yesterday. My second time playing on Pantheon.

I dismantled every blue I got but when I saw the name of that gun I was like "woah" but then I proceeded to just dismantle it.
